Copaiba essential oil is derived from the resin of the Copaiba tree, which is found in tropical South America and can reach a height of over 30 meters. doTERRA Copaiba essential oil is extracted from 4 plant species: Copaifera coriacea, C. langsdorffii, C. officinalis, and C. reticulata . Since the 16th century, this oil has been used in traditional practices by natives from North and Northeast Brazil. Like Black Pepper oil, Copaiba oil helps to lessen feelings of restlessness. In addition, it can be used in food preparation and also be added to water or juices.

Uses
- Add 1-2 drops to water, juice or tea.
Directions for Use
How to Use: Dilute 1 drop for every 100 mL of liquid.
DIFFUSION: Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice.
FOOD FLAVOUR: Add one or two drops to food or water.
TOPICAL USE: Combine one to two drops with a teaspoon of carrier oil
