Uses
- Diffuse to promote a calming atmosphere.
- Add one drop to two ounces of water and gargle.
- Add one drop to your lotion as part of your skincare routine.
- Add one drop to the palm of your hand, rub your hands together, cup your hands over your nose and inhale.
Directions For Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
Topical use: Dilute one to two drops with a carrier oil then apply to the desired area. See additional precautions below.
