Delivery & Shipping
We are continually working to deliver orders safely to your home and business and help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the community. In line with recent announcements regarding the current COVID-19 risks, careful consideration of safety risks, and the reinstatement of Signature on Delivery by Australia Post from 10 October 2022, we will be resuming our usual shipping method of signature on delivery.
Where signature is required on delivery, customers will be asked to sign the delivery person’s scanner to confirm delivery of their parcel. If customers are unwell or prefer not to sign, they can request a contactless delivery option.
NOTE: Express Post is still available as the fastest postal delivery option for certain items, depending on weight and size. Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post Next Day guarantee. Express Post parcels may not be delivered next business day every time. We apologise for any delays experienced.
- We ship via Australia PostStandard and Express to home addresses, Star Track to businesses, and Borders Express to home and business addresses. We use Borders Express to deliver baths. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other shipping options.
- We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible. That’s why we recommend using the AusPost App to keep track of your parcels(Except Bathtubs, which will be delivered by Border Express). This handy tool offers a range of benefits that will make receiving your orders a breeze.
- All products can be picked up from our Croydon NSW address, if requested.
- In case of a missed delivery by Australia Post, a card will be placed in your letterbox, to let you know when you can pick up your order from your local Post Office. The tracking number is emailed to you for your own reference. Note: Australia Post should leave you a card. However, it is important to check your tracking email in case the parcel is waiting at the Post Office.
- If you would like to amend your order with specific delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
- Shipping costs are FREE for orders over $50.00 (excludes bathtubs and bulky items).
- Orders are shipped daily at 2pm. We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours when orders are placed before 10am (excluding the weekend and public holidays).
- Expected delivery is between 2 and 7 days depending on the delivery state. For WA, estimated delivery is within 8-14 days.
- Kuvings appliances should be registered for warranty at kuvings.net.au

Green Shop Online reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for baths, and large and commercial orders.
Additional postage and handling surcharges may apply for orders (including those over $50 in value) sent outside central areas, and major regional and metropolitan centres for orders over 5kg in weight or large in size.
