USES

Soak sliced apples in a bowl of water with one drop On Guard for a healthy snack.
Add one drop On Guard to water or tea.
Use a cloth soaked in water and 1–2 drops On Guard to wipe down kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
Rub doTERRA On Guard on the bottom of your child’s feet during the school season.
Before guests arrive, diffuse dōTERRA On Guard to create a welcoming aroma.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Aromatic: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. 

Internal: Dilute one drop in 125 ml of liquid, or take in a Veggie Capsule.

Topical: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1–10 drops of carrier oil.

CAUTIONS

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product.
