How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:

  • Zone 1 - VIC, ACT: $9.95
  • Zone 2 - NSW, QLD, SA, TAS: $14.95
  • Zone 3 - WA, NT: $17.95
  • Free shipping on orders over $149 (excludes bulky items)

Foldable and collapsible baths ship free Australia-wide via Direct Freight Express - no minimum order required.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 10am on a business day are typically dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT: 2–5 business days
  • TAS: 3–7 business days
  • WA, NT: 8–14 business days

How will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express to home addresses, and StarTrack for business deliveries. All foldable bath orders and larger items are shipped via Direct Freight Express.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. For Australia Post deliveries, the AusPost app is the easiest way to track in real time. Bath orders via Direct Freight Express will include their own tracking link.

Do you have a store I can visit?

Green Shop Online is an online-only store. However, warehouse pickup is available from 50 Concorde Drive, Keilor Park VIC 3042 by arrangement. Email us at info@greenshoponline.com.au to organise a pickup time before coming in.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage - we currently ship to Australian addresses only.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, in most cases. For security reasons, some orders may only be dispatched to the billing address of the card used at checkout. Orders sent to an alternative address may be subject to a brief security check, which can add a small amount of time to dispatch.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately no - once an order is with Australia Post or Direct Freight Express, we can't control delivery windows or give specific driver instructions.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Most orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, Australia Post will hold your parcel at the nearest post office and leave a card with collection instructions. Check your tracking email - sometimes the parcel arrives at the post office before the card does.

What if my parcel is returned to sender?

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed package, a $15 redelivery fee applies to resend it. Let us know as soon as you spot a delivery issue - the earlier we know, the easier it is to sort out before the parcel comes back to us.

What if my order is lost in transit?

Contact us straight away at info@greenshoponline.com.au and we'll follow it up with the carrier. If an order is confirmed lost, we'll organise a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Australia Post requires us to allow a reasonable transit window before officially declaring a parcel lost, so hang tight while we investigate - we'll keep you updated throughout.
